HAVE YOU GOT ANY VACANCIES?

Absolutely! We currently have external storage spaces available but are at capacity in our undercover storage.

DO YOU OFFER UNDERCOVER STORAGE?

Yes, however we have limited spaces undercover that are charged at a premium fee.

WHAT SECURITY DO YOU HAVE?

The property is securely located behind a sound barrier wall with only one entrance in and out. There is a locked automatic security gate that can only give customers with a valid pin code access to their items. We have 24 hour video surveillance (CCTV) and also recommend that you provide your own locks/anti theft deterrents/GPS locator.

CAN I ACCESS MY CARAVAN/BOAT WHEN EVER I WANT TO?

Access is limited to daylight hours only. You will need to provide your own locks/anti-theft deterrents. We will need a copy of any anti-theft devices keys to be able to move your van/boat. Please give us at least one business day of notice prior to collecting your boat or caravan.

I HAVE A LARGE CARAVAN (24FT) DO YOU HAVE SIZE RESTRICTIONS?

We have a vast amount of external storage space so there are no size limit restrictions.

WE’RE GOING ON HOLIDAY SOON AND I WANT TO PICK UP MY CARAVAN. WILL WE BE CHARGED FOR THE TIME WE ARE AWAY?

Current external storage customers, with a paid-up account, are eligible for a credit to their account for any time vacated of 30 days or more on return to our storage facility.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payments are to be made monthly in advance. This can be done via credit card, EFT or direct deposit to our bank account.

DO YOU OFFER STORAGE FOR OTHER TYPES OF VEHICLES IN YOUR FACILITY?

Yes, we cater for any type of vehicle. Whether it be boat, caravan, truck, earth moving equipment, trailer, motor-home, jet ski, car or camper trailer.
